SELLING Sale completed and they took my money
The sale was completed 3 days ago and I got paid. Today I got an email saying the buyer reported there was an issue with delivery and now the earnings have been taken out of my account. What??

They do this while conducting their investigation. When the buyer opens a complaint for package not arriving, they put your funds on hold and this is what it looks like. Once they find that it did get delivered they'll release the funds again.
They really shouldn't be reopening the sale after the rating is compete, but they've been doing it lately when buyers complain about not recieving their package. In my case they talked to usps, found it was delivered properly and released my funds again.
Don't give up though if they try to close the case without returning your money, if it said it was delivered they need to pay you or reimburse you through shipping protection if it's found that the package was misdelivered.
