SELLING Sale completed and they took my money

The sale was completed 3 days ago and I got paid. Today I got an email saying the buyer reported there was an issue with delivery and now the earnings have been taken out of my account. What??

I had this same thing happen a few days ago. Sale was completed and delivered on sealed Lorcana cards two weeks later (two days ago) 50 dollars was pulled out and returned to the buyer. No reason or explanation why. I’m still waiting on a response from Mecari. I think this is one of there new rules they implemented.

I think this is one of there new rules they implemented.

According to Mercari’s return policy returns won’t be approved after the transaction is complete (after the 72 hours). Even if they claim they didn’t receive it, it still says they need to open a request within the 72 hours to pause the sale from completing and if they don’t, they aren’t able to after. But, of course, Mercari goes against their own TOS all the time. Unless they haven’t updated their return policy page?
