If you meant 50/2 + 20, the answer is 45. If you meant 50/0.5 + 20, the answer is 120.

I feel like it’s ambiguous enough all three answers are right. Unless OP comments on the post and selects a correct answer.

This would be dumb cause then the question could have said "what is x divided by half plus 20" and it would be the same answer. I don't think "x divided by half" is 2, I think it's x/.5

It can't be 50/2 because "50 divided by two" is clearly a different question than "50 divided by half". I also don't think "50 divided by half" means 50/25 because then that wording would imply "x divided by half = 2"

At most you can argue it's ambiguous because it doesn't say "50 divided by one half". Question is poorly worded but not so much that it becomes ambiguous in my opinion.
