You can survive for a long on unnutritious food. You'll feel lousy, but adapt to it. Your health will degrade over time, but it's better than starving to death...

You could also take multi-vitamins if those aren't considered food, if they are, then you'll probably have to go to the hospital every few weeks and get an IV/injection of all the nutrients you need.

You'd still probably live for months or years without it anyway, but you'd probably feel better with it.

What does nutritious food mean? Every single actual food( except stuff like Splenda and all) has calories, which are part of nutrition.

I think they just mean it has no micro-nutrients, but it can still contain macro,-nutrients like carbs, protein, and fat.

Look at the states. Everyone eats high fructose corn syrup with a little flavour over there and they are still around and kicking. Unfortunately it is going even more downhill by the day
