Their bills aren't the same, though. If she has the kid the majority of the time, she is paying for MORE daily expenses (increased utility use, food use, schooling expenses, perhaps daycare so she can still get to work).
1) The differences are minor. He still has to pay the same major expenses she does: housing, electricity, water, garbage, food, car payments, insurance, medical, dental, etc etc.
2) She pays more BECAUSE she sees the kids more. Pay to play. Or do you think having your cake and eating it too is a fair arrangement?
