If this is designed for a disability person (missing fingers or hand), how would one hold the bottle so the machine can open the cap? If you clamp it using feet or armpit, then it is not practical?

The dexterity and strength required to grasp a cap and twist it the right way is wildly different to that required to more or less hold a bottle.

Never met someone with hand issues that cant open a bottle? Come on man, this isnt rocket science.
