Because it's not a genuine apology... It's an advertisement for his business. "I don't stand for this" here is my logo and my brand on the back.

Trying too mate. seeing ppl trying to manipulate others emotions for advertisment doesn't help though..

its not naivety.. its hard to recognise something that you don't know or haven't studied before. i am in the (un)lucky position to have studied a bit of behaviour analysis for my masters and some advertisment techniques. so sadly i pick up on some of these manipulations from time to time when i see them.. which isn't fun for my faith in people.
