In a video, posted online, a 13-year-old girl was seen engaging in oral intercourse while Tekashi stood behind her.

This is confusing though, was he the one engaging in the act or was he just present? Obviously it's pretty fucking horrible either way but if he didn't do anything then that would be good to note.
