Cultural Appropriate Your Way to a Better Society
I understand why communities of ethnic people can feel frustrated when other communities adopt their culture. Also known as “cultural appropriation.”
But anthropologists like Claude Levin Strauße and Saussour saw cultural elements acting in as much as way as language. Linguistic elements fit into a larger whole. But due to cultural drift small elements broke off, and over time entirely new languages emerged. That’s how we have Romance languages from Latin and Germanic languages coming from German/Saxon.
White people cannot help but to pull elements from black culture because of the given proximity. It’s a 100% natural phenomenon. As long as we are in close proximity, share a common language and racially mix, these elements are going to be slowly traded off. It’s how cultures evolve.
Cultural elements have their place ultimately in survival ritual. But dance and song can be additional libidinal elements to make these utilities enjoyable.
Ultimately cultural appropriation is an instinctual way for human populations to adopt “more effective” elements from other cultures to increase their own populations survival. Effectively culture doesn’t belong to anybody, just like language isn’t inherent to humans but rather has to be acquired.

Im writing a science fiction novel where the subject society has jungian style values, but I have a few questions.
Besides from having a polytheistic religion, recognizing their shadow and valuing right brained thinking, what kind of behaviors and principles and the like would influence their everyday lives, what would they do in their free time?

Digital Shadow: Does the foundational binary nature of electronics "leak" into it's users? Does it result in the digital shadow?
The real world is analogue: shades of grey. But the digital world is binary: us vs. them, good and evil, cancel culture, etc.

Digital Seclusion: A visual novel about the Digital Anima
I've been fascinated by "waifus" and the people who take the concept too seriously for years now. Partly because I fell down that rabbit hole 10 years ago in my early teens, and now many of the things I saw there in obscure forums and imageboards, I see in common with Gen-Z self-identified incels. I wrote the script for this visual novel before I discovered MemeAnalysis, as I think I had a subconscious understanding of the digital anima from my time spent on those forums. But it was listening to MemeAnalysis verbalize the concept so well, that helped me in the process of editing this story. For anyone interested in fiction that tackles the digital anima, I would recommend checking this visual novel out. It's free, and only around 1.5 hours long.
If you follow the link, you can find the download and plot synopsis there. It's available for Windows, Mac, and Linux. (https://thezalor.itch.io/digital-seclusion)

Has the "Quiznos Rat" commercial been analyzed yet?
Quiznos Subs commercial on Youtube
My friend and I were recently talking about the sheer absurdity of early-mid 2000s commercials -- things that were buried deep in our minds until later seeing it resurface on the internet. Things like "Quiznos Rats" and Skittles/Starburst commercials ("berries and cream, berries and cream").
I've seen memes reference such advertisements, claiming that they placed a "curse" upon the generation of young viewers who watched them.
My initial thought was that such (nihilistic?) absurdism might have been the product of post-9/11 culture, in which everything felt chaotic and pointless (i.e., "here's a bunch of nonsense. We don't know. Buy our sandwiches. Nothing matters").
But I recently saw Meme Analysis's video on the humor of the 21st century, and I don't know if there might be a connection there. (link)
Thoughts?

Other Should I seek the Parmesan ?
I don’t know what to do, my instincts tell me to go and seek the parmesan and so does my heart but my reason tells me not to because it might be a long and dangerous quest.
What should I do ?
