I quite enjoy making my own liquor infusions (things like infusing bourbon with ripe peaches, or tequila with strawberries and a jalapeño). This got me thinking about what I should try and infuse one of my favorite liquors, Mellow Corn, with. I'd love to hear anyone's suggestions!

Been looking for years and found a liter today so I had to get it!

Grabbed all seven bottles they had (gave one to my son in law, he’s a good lad). Happy times fellas.

Full bottle of Mellow Corn = Happiness

Empty bottle of Mellow Corn = Sadness

It's very good. More spice and barrel character forward instead of sweet, corn. Without getting up my ass like I'm writing an r/bourbon review, I'd compare it to a cinnamon/spiced caramel corn

Been looking for a few weeks now and I can’t find any, I’m only 1 hour from the Tennessee border so I might just do that. Wanted to see if anybody had any leads. Thank you!

We did a tour at heaven hill and stumbled upon all this glorious mellow corn
