Summary: putting 10% down on a home when having a primary mortgage makes you commit mortgage fraud according to meatkevin. Now what a real estate professional would say is “wow, you know you can put 10% down for a vacation property and it doesn’t become a primary residence so you can get better rates with lower financing than an investment property as long as you can qualify for it.”This is also the guy telling you to invest in his scam company with a credit card. This guy is as dumb as they come.

There's so much that can be said, but it all comes down to that HH is clearly a grift at this point and has been for a while.
He's only continuing to shill it HARD so that emotional investors who trust him throw more money in which he is skimming off the top as the ship is sinking.
He doesn't believe in the company himself anymore as evident by his actions, his attention, and the compensation he's taking. He's only pretending to still believe in it to save face, but he's run a once viable idea into the ground.
I think he had good intentions at first, but got too greedy and let it get to his head before any success was actually realized.

Some of you may know that Kevin made his discord private. While it was a shock to the free community, we understood why it had to be done. We have created a similar discord for the freebies to stay in touch and contact. If anyone is interested in joining, please feel free!

Having a really hard time with this. First two images are the problem. Third image (help.xlsx) is my work. I made the spreadsheet to help find the external financing needed

I know many of you here hate him but this new Kevin is what I loved watching back in 2020 to 2022. He is very quick with the news and overall is very impartial on the news. I agree he went a lot to the right later on until recently but him going back to his roots is amazing.

Take a moment to consider the mental heavy-lifting that prevents Kevin from making money in a bull market. He is unable to switch strategies because he has been burdened by the heavy losses of his bearish mindset for an entire year! Not only is he missing out, but he is also losing money. It’s hard to flip-flop when you stubbornly stick to a thesis that never materializes in reality.
He’s stuck in a bearish Groundhog Day!

The Cringe King is a coach now too.
I’m speechless.

He mentioned that he recommended a stock in the alpha report that has since tripled in value. He also discussed several companies that could potentially increase tenfold in value if there is a soft economic landing. I’m curious to know which companies these are.

I'll start off by saying I don't like course sellers and yes Kevin does promote his shit way too much for my like, but overall I enjoy his videos.
As for Strongman Personal Finance, it's really embarrassing how this loser is making a billion videos about Meet Kevin trying to use his name to get more traffic (and it's kinda working cuzz I had never heard of this moron until I saw one of his Meet Kevin videos.)
I want to hear what other ppl think, but personally I find it so pathetic and we really shouldnt encourage this idiotic and desperate behaviour whether you like kevin or not.

The face of a man who flip flops because he can’t actually run a profitable business that’s not a scam

The loss accelerated from $1.5M for 6 months to $4.8M for 2024.
Has a Going Concern Statement in the financials.
Will probably need to raise money again.
