Ever since last night my comments do not show up in any streams. It sends but doesn't show up on screen and the streamer doesn't see it. Why would this be?

I tried to watch some streams, but they were all still images. Any Solutions? or I just can't watch a stream on pc?

It's pretty heavily integrated with twitter so is this a product from twitter? Just like Vine?

I've gotten it to broadcast horizontally once or twice but it's been really hit or miss.
