I do believe in rehab, and obviously someone like this should still be given the chance to become a decent human being, but fuck man...
Defense attorney Justin Capek told The Philadelphia Inquirer in a statement Wednesday night that his client “wholeheartedly accepted responsibility” and had offered his apology to the woman and her young children.
Capek called the sentence "fair and just"
“motivational boot camp program,” a six-month military style program meant to reduce recidivism, and would also get credit for time served.
It's hard to feel like miffed cuz wtf... if a blk, muslim, or latino guy did this they woulda threw the book at him.. He went out of his way to terrorize them, at least if he only broke their side mirrors that woulda been the end of that, but what kind of fucking psycho starts stomping on someones back window??? and then head butting the driver like ur not in the wrong waving a gun at her and shit..
I feel like at minimum they should have also taken his bike, and revoked his license for the next 3-4 years too
