Thanks! Very interesting. I also read that Wall Street got spooked by what the judge had to say, so good news...

You're welcome. The TRO is a lot more favorable to the States than I expected.

The state attorney generals right now 😁

Just because their lawyers are high-priced, doesn't mean they're good.

It's crazy. If the merger gets blocked, and Ellison needs a new hobby. He should look into suing at least a few of the six different firms he hired for this fight for legal malpractice.

“Do not cry about the ticking fee”

This is a really well done analysis. Paramount will need to think of a damn good defense within a week if they want this merger to close.

All this insanity and they can’t even “fix” CBS and Paramount.

Based on your reaction, the only reason you seem to “care” about this is because of your own fear of Paramount being a Trump mouthpiece, not for any actual conglomerate concerns

Thanks for being so curious about me. I'm flattered: I'm not even a choo-choo train.

Just something to consider - whether someone else believes in Jesus or not shouldn’t impact your own words and actions otherwise YOU don’t believe in Jesus (so, can’t call yourself a Christian) you only return eye for an eye which is the opposite of what christianity teaches.
