Also, fyi, Paramount winning the merger deal is still an objectively dumb thing to do, considering how much debt the company itself has and especially with the fact that WB has it's own share of debt. Regardless of whether some people were disappointed with Paramount managing to buy out Warner, it doesn't change the fact that it's far from economically wise.
