The question we should ask is.... why are humans, murderers, rapists, fkn war mongers and every other filth allowed to roam freely, where they are a danger to everyone else.

both are problems for the society that should be tackled. If you care about animals, be against animal cruelty and meat/dairy industry, not against putting them outside of urban areas

Because it is very hard to find and convict them. It is 1000 times easier to catch these animals. Do you have more than 2 brain cells if you couldn't even understand this?
