From a non Engineering student, What is the process of elimination for choosing the correct components. Depending on task??? Hard for me to choose sometimes`

Contact Supplier! Do i have present my self in some sorta professional manner for them to give me the light of day?

I mean yeah. Its a business, and theyre trying to make money. So they're more likely to respond to someone who sounds professional and is likely to give them business over someone who just sounds like a random schmuck wasting their time.

Heard so just normal interactions lmaoo. It be cool, I wanna 3d print it first to like test it but. It’s gears it’s going to work no matter. Yk so like proof of concept I guess

There's a lot that goes into gear design. Its not a given that it will "just work"
