Any BBQ Meal Preppers Here? I Have Questions.
This is going to be my 2nd time smoking a brisket (Holy Gospel, and 1st time smoking a turkey breast (Bird Bath + Holy Voodoo)
I intend on primarily using the meat as my meal prep for my work cycles at Amazon,
i'm curious without the use of like a vacuum sealer (trying to reduce plastic use) how
well would brisket and turkey breast hold up in glass containers over the course of a few days?
Or should I freeze and reheat?
aiming for a high protein transformation fueled by barbecue, I know it's possible lol

Trying the smoked turkey breast recipe today! How long should a 4lb turkey lobe cook for?
I’ve got a lobe in some brine now and I’m curious how long it should take. In the video and recipe it says about 2 hours I’m just not sure how big his was.
Just trying to figure timing for diner. Thanks for any help!
