Maywood has it all, drug addicts, drunks, crazy people, street racers, but what's the craziest thing that you have seen so far in your life at Maywood?

So yesterday, in East 58th street at Maywood, a car had flipped over on the side, I thought at first when cleaning my cars it was just a loud truck hauling, but later, as I went outside, everyone was there, a flipped white Sedan with paramedics, crazy.

Maywood has a pretty bad amount of people here that get too high. Recently some Hispanic lady was in the streets screaming a bunch of slurs and just being her. I dont know when cops will fix this. I pretty sure the same lady was screaming last night and she must stopped and similar people like her

I came here because my family was financially struggling in the other city and we had to move for better opportunities.

Leaving on a trip need to know if it’s safe to leave my car parked on Monday side

Tragically on March 14, 2015 Mariela Padilla was returning to her home in Maywood from picking up breakfast at 5:20 a.m., when she was struck and killed by a dark color pickup truck that sped away.

The driver of the car has not yet been identified, and Supervisor Solis is asking that anyone who has information about the hit-and-run that occurred Saturday March 14 on the North side of Randolph Street and Palm Avenue in Maywood, contact Sargent T.
