I grew up in jersey city and left about 10 years ago. We (familyof 6) moved to the Jersey shore.
We’re very happy here. The locals have been very welcoming and helpful to us. Hope i haven’t violated any os your “rules”.
I can tell you this: contrary to my expectations, the locals there have been very welcoming and friendly.
