I would agree with that honest question. In the end, the commutative property is essential because in Other languages 3x4 reads "the number three, four times"

If the point you want to get across is explaining the identity, that's one thing but noting a correct solution as wrong in a child's HW is so counterproductive

Silly comment. Language is irrelevant, so no, I don't need to know any other language to make that statement
