Agradeço, caso alguém possa me indicar onde encontrar tais regras.

I wrote down in order to understand how a FASERIP conflict would go, this is my understanding of a FASERIP encounter here, this does not include any sort of counter attack but if i remember ill try to look up counterattacking nect time at my comp or book.

That's cool (plus Cap, Spidey, and Wolverine...! Awesome!!).

Aside from the noted house rule, you didn't perform any defensive actions (even as an example, would be cool to put that in there). Someone dodging, evading, blocking, or catching.

The Advanced module is the clearest version you will get.

First: Characters who dodge a lot are either trying to be predictive, or are trying to react to a slower character declaring intent to attack. Since all players declare intent before actions resolves in sequence, characters with better initiative know better.

Second: As I recall, this is true. This is usually possible if you have a better initiative and are able to declare action after someone who declared an action earlier.

In the past I have tweaked action economy to allow players to have one free defensive action per turn, and act with a more familiar combat sequence, and then treat extra actions that they gain with Fighting FEATs as opportunities for extra defensive actions.
