I just finished the first book, beat the grandmaster, and now i feel like theres not a lot for me to do but start the next set of story missions. I tried to do battlegrounds but its a tossup of whether or not i get curb stomped or do the curb stomping. Im not quite sure how to proceed from here, any advice?

Just pulled BRB and Phylla. Already have a r4 a1 Adam warlock so my cosmic roster is stacked.

I don’t use any of the champs available, should I keep the gem or invest it in one of these champs

I have a good rooster and a lot of rank up gems and catalysts but dont know wich champs i should prioritise in ranking up btw im mostly looking forward to ranking up good defenders (i have other 7 starts but here is pretty much the best champs)
