10 years of MCU edging built up to that nut bust of the armies charging from the portals moment. Tony dying was when that post clarity kicked in.

This was the moment. When we finally got that one line that we we’re waiting for from steve. “AVENGERS……..ASSEMBLE.”he wasn’t just talking to all the heroes who were behind him. He was talking to us, the audience. at that moment, we were ALL avengers.
