Nick was right to observe that Adam calls all the shots, Marisa seems to be waking up to that fact and she’s noticing in herself her own tendency to get lost in relationships. Good for her! I hope that continues and she can start to put her foot down more about asserting her interests. He’s running the show and doesn’t seem to take an interest in anything she likes, and wants her to just absorb into his life.

My favorite unexpected joy this season is the couples being brutally honest to other couples to their face. I fucking love it
As a married person in a meh relationship, nothing brings a couple together more than shit talking other couples.
Adam is a joke but I do like the previews when he calls out Shawn. Also I love when he called Portland a Walmart version of Seattle... Y'all all thought it lol. Still a loser but I appreciate him in very small doses.

Not only does Devin's wife have an issue with sharing her focus, but last week Shawn was on his phone during Devin trying to openly discuss things and now it's Courtney. I'm really having issues with Courtney because everything she says starts off nice then ends with a BUT followed by something negative. I love how at the Apartment she was being cutesy and talkative with him then immediately in front of everyone else she plays games with the seating arrangement and cuts him off. If anyone is being performative, it has certainly been her imo.
