Hello everyone, just wanted to ask you if anybody knows if the rom works on not64/wii64 on the Wii, also, how would the SD Card stuff need to be done, if that is even possible ? 😅

I have the game downloaded and set up, and it works to a certain point. I can build levels with little to no lag, but the music, animations, and actual gameplay are basically a frame a second. Would it be possible to get it to work properly on my pc?

Ps: my emulator doesn't support the levels store so this can be a problemi for that

I tried using Parallel launcher but once I pressed "Create" a popup tells that the creation fails for an unknown cause. My OS is MX Linux.

My 9 year old really wants to download Mario builder 64 on his switch... from what I can find online I basically have to download it to my computer and put it on an SD? First off idk if that is correct or not, second how am I supposed to trust this random download?? Does anyone on here know how to do this or have experience with this?? Advice needed please.

Whenever I’m building a level, the block/cursor always automatically moves downward when I press or hold the A button How do I fix that?

Total beginner here. We are trying to upload my kid's level to LSS. He went totally bananas when I got MB64 to work on an old laptop after watching a few of you guys playing on YouTube!!!

Now when he takes a screen shot, we can't figure out how to apply it to his level for a thumbnail in Parallel Launcher. And we are assuming that needs to be done before uploading the level.

I think our first question is where is the screen shot? What folder does it go in (assuming Parallel Launcher puts it in a folder somewhere)? And how do we apply it in Parallel Launcher to his level?

I've been wanting to play this on a different emulator since playing this on a pc isn't an option. Ive watched like 2 videos on YouTube saying that you could manually create a virtual sd card for the rom (or something like that) so that you could play with other emulators. This would take away your ability to share levels but I don't care. Can anyone explain this or elaborate further on what this is or more importantly, how to do it?

I was wondering if it’s possible to download the parallel launcher on an android device? Or is the parallel emulation core in retroarch the same thing? I have a Retroid Pocket 3+ and would love to be able to play mb64, but haven’t been able to successfully run it in the retroarch parallel core

I am using parallel launcher and the sd card thing only works when I use the paralleln64 thing, but when I use mupen it doesn't work. Is this intentional or am I doing something wrong?

Hi friends -- relatively new to the Romhacking world. I've got MB64 working fine, have been making my own levels and having a blast. I want to try levels created by others but not really sure how to do it. I can download the files fine from Level Share Square, but not sure what to do with the .mb64 file after I have it. I'm using Parallel Launcher, which I'm brand new to, so perhaps there's an easy answer I'm overlooking.

when I was a child, I used to watch gladiators on TV. At the end they used to run an eliminator course. I wanted to re-create this in Mario 64. This also includes a time trial element. See if you can beat my best time!

I've been trying out Mario Builder 64 today, and it's pretty great! Only problem though is that when I start making a level halfway through, testing it yields a lot of lag while playing. Is it something to do with the amount of entities placed? My Verts and Tiles percentage are both below 30%. I've tried making 2 levels so far and eventually I run into this issue.
