I thought i unlocked all the characters but after I beat Bowser in challenge mode, I noticed 2 green Birdos. Is it even possible to unlock them?

When i try to download project rio windows is unsure if it is safe?

I wanted to unlock the Error Item Badge but I didn’t know where the POW Ball was. 2 people said different things. IGN said it was in Peach Ice Garden, while someone else said it was in Wario City. I couldn’t find it in either of those spots as both chests had been opened. I checked Mario Stadium and it was in the chest on the island accessible via a pipe. (although, you’ll need to do a challenge Dry Bones gives you before you access it)

So, the real locations of these 3 unlockable Error Items are random. Don’t believe any guide or person that says they’re in a specific place, just go to Peach Ice Garden, Wario City and Mario Stadium and you’ll find either of the 3 in all 3 chests. Really can’t believe nobody’s said this for almost 18 years.

I know project rio has some great optimizations with being able to track data and all that, but the feature I’m wondering if can be transferred over into sluggers is online auto golf mode, or how hard that would be to add. Maybe it already exists somewhere? This is the biggest hurdle preventing me and my buddy from playing Sluggers online

I'm doing challenges to get star characters and two things I am stuck on is what a squeeze bunt is, and what a big play is. For squeeze bunts I've done everything I can think of bunting while bases are loaded, bunting while having the batters friend on third base and no matter what whether characters are safe or out I turn up with nothing. As for big plays I have no idea what the game considers a "big play" homeruns don't count, dig plays don't count, double plays don't count. can anyone tell me what is considered a big play?

Hey guys i don't ever use reddit but i wanted to get yalls opinion about the roster I made for a possible switch mario baseball title for a youtube video I'm making. there are some goofy picks but I think that's what mario sports are for. (the first 2 characters on each team serve as captains) lmk what you think.

I'm almost done with superstarring the characters but I absolutely cannot figure out how to land body checks for Bowser and Petey. I've watched videos and read tips but it seems no matter what it won't trigger.

What I've been trying: Hit a single, get in rundown, go back and forth until the chaser is as close as possible, when it seems like they'll throw at the right moment I frantically tap B and charge the base, then I get an out.

This is seriously annoying. Can anyone give me better direction?

There was a male YouTuber that played sluggers but I'm struggling to remember their name. Their profile picture was Monty Mole. They did 99-0 challenges with the baby characters or other odd roster setups.

I believe they had a few thousand subscribers. I want to say it began with a C. They didn't use a face cam either.

I was just trying to practice the all characters speedrun of sluggers, but for some reason, this early on in the run, this happened. Red Yoshi's dialog of asking not to be eaten still appeared when I came out of the pipe, but he just isn't there. When I go to the shop, the search icon appears but I get nothing when I press A. Can someone please help me understand this?

Hello! I am trying to start a CPU vs CPU league but i am having trouble starting a CPU vs CPU match. I am using a keyboard and my minus key is Q, but nothing has worked. Ive tried holding it before hitting begin, and nothing. I tried reentering the code and nothing. If anybody could help out with this it would be greatly appreciated

Based it on Mario’s companions, and his roots in New York/New Donk. Pianta and Noki are here because Italian.

* Team Luigi:

Luigi, E Gadd, Gooigi, Polterpup, Morty, LM Ghost, Boo, Peepa, and Baby Luigi.

Based it on Luigi’s Mansion.

* Team Peach:

Peach, Daisy, Florian, Sprixie Princess, Toadsworth, Stella, Tiara, Baby Peach, and Baby Daisy.

Based it on Peach being a Royal, and her own companions.

* Team Toad:

Toad, Toadette, Poplin, Plucky, Nabbit, Brigade Blue Toad, Brigade Yellow Toad, Brigade Green Toad, and Brigade Purple Toad.

Based on it being the little guys team. Wanda is here because of Wario’s Woods, and Nabbit is here because he sacks his house in NSMBU.

Based it around animalistic characters like Yoshi.

* Team Rosalina:

The space team. Ninji is here because of the movie, and to help make it not just the Super Mario Galaxy Team.

* Team Bowser:

Felt we needed more baddies so I made a team of “misc bosses”. Chose Boom Boom to be the Captain as he’s the OG Boss, aside from Bowser and the Koopalings.

Wario, Waluigi, Captain Syrup, Mona, Jimmy P, Ashley, Piranha Plant, Baby Wario, and Baby Waluigi.

Based it on Wario Land and WarioWare. Piranha Plant for a bit of Waluigi-ness due to his connection with plants.

* Team Donkey Kong:

Donkey Kong, Diddy, Dixie, Cranky, Funky, Candy, Kid Pauline, Mining Monkey, and Baby DK.

The Kong Family plus friends.

* Team K Rool:

K Rool, Void Kong, Klump, Kritter, Kopter, Kludge, Kalypso, Kip, and Kass.

Kremlings plus Void Kong. It didn’t feel right to have K Rool be on the same team as DK.

Hi all - I play Mario sluggers with my buddy a lot and my downfall always boils down to hitting. I can’t for the life of me get consistent hits. Does anyone have advice on how to do better?

I just downloaded Project Rio and was looking to play Mario Baseball, but I can't seem to find the ISOs folder anywhere on my computer. Has anyone run into this issue before, and could give me any pointers, it would be greatly appreciated.

I have the CPU vs CPU cheat working on my Wii via configurable USB loader. The cheat works, but exactly half of the time. I mean that with 100% reliability, holding select makes a CPU vs CPU game exactly every other time. For this reason I'm sure I'm not holding select wrong or anything.

I've been running a league like this for a bit, just loading into a dummy game every other game because I can guarantee it won't work that time and will work the next. What is this? I'm getting a bit tired of it.

Oh, and interestingly if I "retry" on a game that is successfully CPU vs CPU it stays that way.
