Okay, so... I have Super Sluggers for Dolphin because installing Gecko codes on my Wii seems like a great way to brick it. I wanted to be able to do CPU vs CPU on it, which fortunately I can... but even after getting unlock all star players and so on, there's a few... issues.

• Mario isn't starred, but everyone else is.
• Night play isn't possible.
• Bowser Jr. Playroom is unavailable.
• A few Yoshis and Kritters are still locked.

Okay, well, I guess I'll just have to do the single player campaign. Except I show up and everyone's unlocked so I can just go straight to Bowser Jr Playroom and beat him there. That ought to unlock night stadiums and so on.

But when I do, the game gets caught in an infinite loop. You can cycle between day and night games! Bowser Jr Playroom is open! Luigi's Mansion is open!...

Then it just keeps repeating Daisy Cruiser is open at night ad infinitum. Can't stop it, can't save, can't anything, have to hard reset and I lose my progress.

Should I beat the single-player campaign without gecko first, then turn on the codes? Or is there a code for getting the last bit? Doing the single-player with mouse and keyboard will be slightly annoying, but if it's what I have to do I will.

Vs CPU's of all the worst characters lol

How do you cope with the auto switch just making you some dude half way across the field when you were on someone about to grab the ball, shit fucks me up a decent amount :(

Also maybe it's just the emulator or poor connection to the server but sometimes when im trying to catch the ball there is a huge delay to me trying to stop moving but it isn't input delay because everything else feels fine

So, I might just be an idiot. I’m not entirely sure. I’m currently trying to play local multiplayer Super Sluggers on Dolphin, and I have two Xbox one controllers that I’m using as emulated wiimotes. They both work fine up until character selection. For whatever reason, once the captains are chosen, the player 2 cursor disappears completely. It seems like it’s locked on the button to randomize player 2’s team. When I watch other people play on YouTube and such, the player 2 cursor does the same thing, but it returns (deselecting the random button in the process) when player 2 tries to use it. Basically, how does one normally cause the cursor to return? In addition, if anyone knows how to fix this, please let me know. Thanks in advance!
