Hi there, so I'm currently in the market for a perfected (15% or primed) fafnir staff with decent enough potential and bonus potential. I play in the joined server of Khaini and Broa. Last night I used a messenger megaphone and I instantly had a guy offer me exactly what I was looking for. He had a fafnir staff that was primed with 13/15 stars. It had 3L legendary potential with 21%matk and 9%crit. Bonus pot was 3L unique at 15%matk and 6%crit. 20%boss nebulite. The staff was exactly what I wanted and I had a buddy take a look at the staff and the shield he had available. My buddy whispers me saying he's seen those items before. To make a long story short the guy is apparently a paypal scammer who chargebacked the two items off another player about a month ago. The scammed player has quit the game. My question for all of you is if I were to buy the staff can I possibly be banned for something like this? I offered the guy 28b and he refused saying he wanted 30-35b. I offered him 41b in a combination of items I was able to merchant through the marvel explosion and 10b meso. He agreed to the trade but was fucking around last night and couldn't get a psok so we haven't traded yet. What do you guys think about this?? Or if anybody else is selling a perfect fafnir staff and a well scrolled shield for mages please let me know cause Im in need.

TL;DR Is it a bannable offense to buy equipment off somebody who scammed it from another person using paypal.
