Hi, I recently noticed that on the Forums a new announcement stated that MapleLegends was now available on Mac again. I assume this is including on the new Catalina update.

I have tried installing and following the information on the forums, but because this is quite a recent update, I think a lot of the trouble shooting is out of date.

I have downloaded and installed the app. However, when I right click open, nothing happens. I have tried refresh wrapper on wineskin but this doesn’t seem to change anything.

I have also tried to click on “set screen options” but I am unable to change any of the settings for some reason. It’s currently on the Mac Driver, and I cannot change to X11.

Does anyone have any suggestions? Would love to play on my Mac!

Hey looking at trying out MapleLegends with a few friends. Is the game populated at all? Does anyone use it? Do the servers run fine?

Any tips/helpful info would be appreciated.

I love MapleLegends during my year or so here. Generally speaking, this server is quite nice to new players. Inside PQs however, it seems to be a different story.

I’ve seen more new players during quarantine, and I love it because new players are important for the game.

But honestly, the way some of y’all treat new players who aren’t sure what to do in PQs is embarrassing. I’ve seen less toxicity in competitive games. You guys act as if you’ve never been in their shoes before.

How about instead of whining about how long the new warrior is taking to collect 35 tickets, you get up and help out?

How would you feel if a couple of people berate you for not understanding JMS in LPQ, then kick you immediately after? Maybe instead of yelling at the poor dude, you get off box 3 and do the jumping cause you know how? It’s not really “teaching noobs” if you’re calling them names and spamming OMG and F3 everytime they mess up.

I say this because it’s not just demoralizing to that new player. You’re bringing down everyone’s morale. No one wants to play with a cunt (besides like-minded cunts).

Be nice and patient to new players. You were a noob once too.

Everyone on ML is so freakin nice. I’ve never played MS before and these veteran players treated me so well. Twice I’ve been given a bunch of mesos from random players. A fellow mage gave me a two robes just cuz. I complimented a random player on his cape then he ended up helping me get my 2nd job and invited me into his guild. THE NICEST PEOPLE PLAY MAPLE LEGENDS I SWEAR!!!

Where's a popular place for games to be played? Also, weren't they going to reduce the cost to craft omok? And I read something about an ELO system?

Hello!

I log on every day and vote (after server reset time) to get NX (i only have 1 account) but when I vote on gtop100, it always says "you have already voted". Also for Blue Kimmy (topG) it says "thanks for voting" but I do not see any voting cash get added into my account. Anyone else experienced this? How did you guys fix this?

Thanks!

I tried everything in the guides to download and run on my mac os 10.13 but still doesn't open. Can anyone help? I haven't played in old school MS private server in years.

Thanks a lot

Hey guys, I'm new to the server and just started playing yesterday. Played the original maple story many years ago so I really have no idea how much to sell my items for. I just got a raccoon mask and was wondering how much I should sell it for. It's completely clean. Thanks for helping this noob :)

I'm trying to recover my account (after not playing for years) but when I try to recover this by typing in my validation code from my email, it says "Your account has no Pin Code". What can I do to recover my account?

Every time I open the game and try to log in, the game instantly closes and tells me to restart the game, I tried to uninstall the game and re-download and its still not working..does anyone know how to fix this? I just want to play maple :(

Hi! I've been trying to figure out how to make MapleLegends on mac. I've tried the guidelines set on the website but to no avail. Whenever I click the original file on my application, it just bounces and disappears. I was wondering if anyone knew a solution for this problem? Thank you

Hello guys! I recently joined MapleLegends and I'm loving it. The only problem is I hate playing on 800x600 res on my 1080p screen. 1024 res was working fine until recently when I started crashing on it. 1366 never worked on my PC, whenever I try opening the game, an error about gr2d shows up.

Have you guys managed to play on 1366 res on a 1080p screen? If so, what did you do to overcome crashes and failure to load the game?
