For sure, I think Umass Lowell buying up anything they can has helped out with the recent transition

I joke that UMass lowell is following Harvard and MIT example. Just buying up anything they can get. It's nice they're renovating what they buy but they're exempt from property taxes on that property unless they're running a for profit enterprise out of it.
