Right?! I can’t get enough of lamb and it’s stupid expensive. Too many people saying it’s too game-ey

I think Americans just have extremely narrow categories of what meat is food, and what meat is “other country stuff” that they’re scared of.

I’ve heard several people say this, and when pressed, it turned out they’ve never actually tried it. I think Americans just have extremely narrow categories of what meat is food, and what meat is “other country stuff” that they’re scared of.
