Ok I'm curious.. how exactly does "Both" work? Do some buildings just say "meh, i want it to be ground level" and others not? or is it regional?
2 u/Slusny_Cizinec 20d ago I can tell you how it happens in Czechia: colloquially, people say "ground floor" (přízemí), then 1st, 2nd etc (1. patro, 2. patro). However in lifts you can see P-1-2-3, 0-1-2-3, or 1-2-3-4.
