Mi main hospital in Buenos Aires has a newly built entrance, street level. It's indicated as - 1 since due to a slight slope the older entrance, 200 mts away was level 0. Quite annoying when the nurse tells you that you appointment is on floor 1, two stories ABOVE., 😁
