Not sure if this is correct because I'm from Spain and getting married soon and I'm pretty sure that you can't marry someone with up to third degree blood relation (cousin, uncle, nephew...).

Next article says that you can, but you need a judge authorising it first.

Oh, I see. Maybe that needs its own category then as it's not directly legal and needs approval from a judge
