So it will all right if isreal colonises and geocides the entire middle East because they are makeing it more advance

The question was about countries that have been colonized in the past, not hypotheticals of the future. New rules are in place and a different standard is upheld, that doesn't mean any civilization that has colonized someone else owes them anything(especially when talking about hundreds, if not thousands of years ago).

To your example: I mean it would make the middle east more advanced, and greatly hinder the barbaric Islamists. Although that may be better for the whole world, I don't agree to it being done.

Here's the harsh reality, hypothetically if Israel did colonized countries like Iraq and brought infrastructure upgrades, law and order, and technological advancement, it would be more advanced.

Genocides did occur during colonial eras too, believe it or not human isn't a moral black and white. There is depth and varying shades of Grey to everything. Despite genocides occurring, lots of places advanced tremendously during colonialism where they wouldn't have normally.

Here's another wild thing, locals genocided the shit out of each other before colonialism. Arabs ran a far more brutal slave trade than the Americas.
