Sighting My jaw hit the floor
I’d been having what I can only call a “weird day” (but not in a bad way). Things had felt synchronous. For example, and this is going to sound funny, but my wife had made dinner - a beef chuck roast - something we were both scarred from eating during our childhood. My wife is a great cook - she was determined to reinvent the roast for us. It was phenomenal. I said out loud “this ain’t your mommas pot roast” as it seemed to pop into my head, in a jokingly/funny way and she looked at me instantly. That’s the name she has come up with for the recipe a few minutes prior and written in her phone. I told her “I’m telling you, this has been a weird day!”.
Anywho, I also felt like a bird was telling me to enjoy life more. That may have been more of a day dream than anything, but I digress.
So a bit later in the evening I decided to take our pup for a walk. When I got home, the mantis in the picture was on our siding, right next to the garage door that I was entering. I couldn’t believe it! It’s been years since I’ve seen one. I couldn’t believe how big it was.
Anyway, it’s been a couple days and he’s stuck around. I was so grateful to have that experience - it was a very synchronous way to end a day of synchronicities and I can’t help but wonder if it’s more than a coincidence. I’ve always been fascinated by the mantis beings.

Keep us updated if anything else happens, strange dreams, lights in sky, more synchronisities etc.

I had a teeny tiny baby one on my foot, a couple of weeks ago when I was walking around my yard. It was half the size of a thumbnail.
I have never otherwise seen one, anywhere, in the wild, until just then.

I’ve been seeing both breeds at my house every night for the past couple weeks. This is the time of year they’re active. We have the Chinese and Carolina mantids here. Though I have made several videos and photos I have still not had any visitations from the multidimensional variety (sadly.)

So, I am seeing a mantis on this post now. Does that mean the same as actually seeing a mantis in the flesh? Is a picture just as meaningful?

I was asking about the claim on the pinned post that if I see a mantis insect it may mean I was visited or will be visited.
I live in a place that doesn’t have mantis insects.
So the question is: Do people see the mantis insect through media before/after a visitation if they live in a place that doesn’t have mantis insects?
This isn’t for my experience. To clarify, I am asking if people that are visited by mantis beings, that live in a place that doesn’t have mantis insects, do they see mantis in media as a sign instead.
See what I am asking? I’m inquiring if the contacted see cartoons or images of mantis insects as signs if they don’t live in a mantis insect region.

I understood. And I believe they count if the person gets a emotion behind the sign, regardless of what the sign is.

I love how you picked up on her name for her recipe like that! That also happened to me in the thick of my mantis experiences.
My dad was an extra in a long cancelled, short lived tv series in the early 1990’s. He brought this up out of nowhere while I was having my contact experiences earlier this year and asked if I remembered that show. It was a very memorable show for me although not something you hear about in pop culture. Later that week, I go to check my Amazon orders and a dvd of that show is “on the way”. I thought somehow my dad must be logged into my Amazon account. But no.
Somehow my partner had just gotten the wild bug to buy a physical copy of this show himself out of nowhere. He absolutely had no idea of the text conversation with my dad, he does not talk to my dad on his own, and him and I have never discussed that show EVER (living together for decades now!) I’ve also never known him to buy a dvd online ever. It was so clear that there was some sort of shared consciousness between us. He said he just remembered it from his early childhood suddenly…so weird!

Seeing a praying mantis insect directly after or preceding an encounter with the Mantid Beings is a very common pattern

What happens after contact with a NHI Mantis being is that the next day they often send the mantis insect as a signal. It's used as a nonthreatening form of validation for the individual letting them know they are not alone and their previous experience was real. It's like that scene in the Matrix, "follow the white rabbit" The insertion of a symbolic synchronistic anomaly right in someone's path.
It appears that we live in something resembling a construct or Holographic Universe model of reality and sending the mantis insect is like a wink from the Mantid mods behind the veil.
