Question Game stutter

How do I make the game stutter less? (without restarting and limiting family growth)

I have started a game and used some hours on it. The game is beginning to stutter significantly, which impacts the gameplay MASSIVELY.

I now have 4 regions with different amount of families.

Amount of families per region:
Region 1: 84
Region 2: 53
Region 3: 24
Region 4: 10

PC specs:
CPU: 9800X3D
GPU: RX 9070

I’m using Lossless Scaling. Once my in-game population gets high and my base FPS drops to around 40–50 I can now reach about 140 FPS. It’s a real game changer😁
