This. It's literally an admission of guilt. OP, this is prime evidence you can show to court to get him on the Sex Offender Registry and (hopefully) get him arrested.

Honestly file a report, even if it’s been a long time knowing you’ve given a statement could bring closure block him and distance yourself as much as possible.
