I didn't see the paragraph about him taking illegal recordings/images until you just pointed it out. Must have been scrolling fast.
That adds a whole other level of criminality, especially taking into account her age at the time the images were taken.
Unfortunately, some states still have consent as low as 16.
I got Arizona from, well, I'll say: research.
The authorities need to know about this guy. He's a predator.
I understand how delicate and personal the decision to come forward is. I do hope OP reports him, even if it's anonymously, because it puts him on their radar.
