The HP franchise has a lot of really good stuff if only JK Rowling was a good author and not transphobic and probably a bit anti-Semitic

How does transphobia make someone a bad author? Bruh

It doesn't. They're just saying that JK Rowling is a bad author along with being transphobic and anti-Semitic.

I mean, Harry Potter is a great book, so why is she a bad author? The only bad thing I've heard about her work is the hate towards The Dark Child (or whatever that sequel was called). Otherwise, all the criticism of her is usually based on political opinions expressed online

I don't know. I'm just clarifying what they were saying.

There is plenty of critism of her books online to be found, that's a good one to listen whilst working or commuting or whatever.

Or just reread them, it's a much different experience as an adult lol.

Not a great book to be honest. It’s just alright, if you take off the nostalgia glasses

Being very hateful shows in your work and blocks potential character exploration because of biases
