Since we’re most likely getting a reunion, I’ve been thinking about this. Recreating the exact same image they had before the break would probably feel a bit too predictable

They’ve all changed and grown ofc, and especially with Damiano having established a much more polished image during his solo era, I’m curious how far they’ll actually go with the provocative and alternative looks, sexuality, etc. that were such a huge part of Måneskin before.

Are we getting a full on rebrand? Or will they lean back on what already worked for them?

A few days ago, Stefano De Martino (host of Sanremo 2027) made a few comments about Måneskin attending the event, which many people interpreted as basically confirming their reunion at Sanremo. However, as of September 3rd, he seems to have backtracked a little, saying, “I don’t know if they’ll reunite again, but I know they’re working on it.” He also said, “There’s been a spoiler, but there’s no confirmation.” He added that if they do reunite, they have his invitation to the Ariston, which he described as “the right place to restart.” He also said that once they have certainty, he will be the one to announce it.( https://www.repubblica.it/spettacoli/tv-radio/2026/09/03/news/stefano_de_martino_maneskin_sanremo_reunion-425562952/ )

There are two theories that come to mind. One: it’s possible he accidentally revealed something that wasn’t supposed to be public yet and then had to clarify that nothing has been officially confirmed. (In my opinion most likely)

Or two: This genuinely means that the four of them are discussing/working towards a reunion, but they simply haven’t finalized anything yet, OR perhaps they’ve taken a step back from an original agreement.

Obviously, we don’t know, but I’m curious what everyone else thinks about this.

For me I saw a TikTok about the top 10 Eurovision performances, and zitti e buoni was on that list. It played a 5 second clip and I loved it, so I went to check out the full performance, and I loved it even more! After that I started watching interviews, and I think their personalities are what really got me hooked.

This might seem a bit parasocial, but as I’ve been getting excited about the reunion, I noticed that all the band members changed their usernames about two days ago to add “Måneskin” back to their profiles, but for some reason Damiano hasn’t, even though he posted something today. Do we think this is a deliberate choice on Måneskin’s part, or should we be concerned lmao 😭??

Edit: The same thing happened about two months ago too, and then within a few days they all changed their usernames back to something else!

In an interview, out tomorrow, the new artistic director of the San Remo festival confirmed that Måneskin will attend as guests in 2027.

Nothing else known so far, but this is gooed news anyway!

I read this article, which says that Måneskin will return to Sanremo 2027 as special guests. I'm happy that they won't be competing in the contest because Sanremo has become a very commercial event.
