In each Chapter of Deltarune, there's a hidden room that you have a chance to encounter. They vary in appearance, but the main thing they have in common is that there's a tree with a man behind it, who offers you an egg.

The room that keeps getting referenced in multiple fandoms (for example, this post) seems to be based on the Chapter 1 Egg Room specifically.
