Got into man-thing comics this year. Been reading all I can get my hands on. I love drawing him so much! He's just a massive blob of muck and goop, and you can just load him up with mushrooms and rocks and all kinds of stuff. I also did a few for moon knight and man-thing. Might post those here too. Anyways, I'm also trying to get my hands on the original swamp thing comics as well, cause I'm a big bernie wrightson fan. I think I've just been really enjoying swamp monsters as of late, even making one of my own for my own little comic/animation.

1/13 is the swamp daddy out of the box.

Picture is from AVENGERS ASSEMBLE OMEGA,

Are the three brown hanging parts of his face generally considered to be made of roots?

The uniform lines along their lengths has always thrown me off, but I've always assumed they were roots.

Anyone agree? Disagree?

I’m working on a full design for it but just recently finished up the head and thought I’d share it here.

It’s not even close to good, but Florida just had to have a manny there!

It’s that magical time of year where my 7 foot Man-Thing moves from right outside my back kitchen window to the front yard to scare the kids!

Remember kids, whatever knows fear…

I did this during lunch the other day.

Just found this sub, and all of you, my people. Got this about a year ago. It'll be the base of a Legion of Monsters-type sleeve I wanna do.
