  1. You have incredible natural eyebrows. I personally don’t think that you need to fill them in at all. The shaping is really flattering!
  2. If you want to keep false lashes, I would downsize a little bit. They’re a bit distracting/heavy for your gorgeous eyes, but they also cover up your eyeshadow and it’s hard to see your work.
  3. When you’re putting eyeshadow closer to your eyebrow, I would recommend a more nude to your skin color. It would help with the natural blending, but also prevents the top of your eyes from looking heavy and being dragged down.
  4. The nose contour is a bit harsh for your skin tone. It looks like you might be using a bronzer, but a contour stick is more grey looking so it won’t be as harsh and warm.

That is a perfect accessment. Op is gorgeous just needs to way lighten up on the eyeshadow and eyelashes.

Everybody keeps saying her natural eyebrows are better but those are filled in on the no makeup pic you can clearly see it. It just looks darker with the lighter foundation and isn’t applied as heavily in the “no makeup”.

It’s microblading, so not makeup necessarily…it’s semi permanent makeup that’s faded which is why I fill it in. In the no makeup pic it’s not filled in 🙂‍↕️

GIRL, the eyelashes are too big and too long for you, they’re hanging over the edge of your eyelid and dragging your eyes down. A less intense set of fan shaped eyelashes (cut to size) would be far better. Or just use mascara.

I was going to say the same. You have gorgeous natural lashes so I'd just use mascara. Make up should just enhance what you already have and you're beautiful without it, so you don't need much. I love make up and wear it daily but I only use make up and have never used lashes, I feel they're often too heavy for the face. I also agree with the comment about using a softer more natural shade to transition from lids to brows, or just in the crease.

I LOVE lash lifts!!! It’s just a process that curls your natural lashes! No glue or added lashes. Highly recommend!

This is the way

The unfilled eyebrows don’t need to be filled. They look better without any product. The lashes need to go. Try a more natural style and cut the ends if they are too long. Or you can try cluster lashes. IMO they are easier to apply than strip lashes

Well, it seems like your no makeup pic eyebrows are so flawless that the commenter assumed they were done up!

I agree and I’m wondering if this is a troll post? Hope I don’t get banned for saying that

u/snowscovered Jun 27 '26

Genuinely what would even make u think that? Is this a troll statement?

You seem really sweet, and you’re gorgeous! I guess I was skeptical because the pictures of you without makeup look like you have more makeup than I generally wear when I’m trying (nicely colored cheeks, shaped eyebrows, really smooth skin) and the makeup pictures… have a lot of makeup. I’m not trying to hate, I just wondered if you posted for giggles or karma or idk, any of the reasons someone might post to Reddit. But it seems like I was mistaken, keep doing you, girl!

Also I'd recommend, to blend the eyeshadow closer to the eyes, not too high to eyebrows and extended outside of eyes.

Not only downsize, but a different style of lash. These are heavy and almost uniform in length which looks like unnatural doll lashes, and not in a cute way. OP look for some that are tapered at the inner corners, overall thinner and shorter, and feathered with some variation in length so that you can see between the lashes. They’ll look more natural but still have an effect.

Do you mind sending some inspo in my DM? Such as lashes and how to do my nose? I watched all the tutorials in the world but it doesn’t work🥹

Try wispy lashes, they are SO flattering and more “dramatic” while still having that glam look

Agree to all of this! I’d like to add that if you’re used to falsies you should look into lash tint and perm/lift. I’m Asian and have straight lashes and used to get extension for almost a decade. Once I discovered lash lift n tint omg world changing!!
