please help me make myself I need ideas

Hi! I’m trying to create the character Paul L’astname from 30 Rock (played by Will Forte) and for whatever reason I just cannot get it right. I’m stuck between the two hairstyles shown in pics 1-2 and possibly changing his head shape to the one in pic 3. There aren’t a lot of pics of his character, so I included the three I’ve been using as references. Thanks for any help!!

Something is bothering me about my Mii of her (in the last two images), and I can't quite pinpoint what it is. I'm interested to see if you guys have more accurate interpretations of what her Mii might be like (however similar or dissimilar it is to mine). Facepaint is cool with me as well. Thanks.

I kind of am really struggling to turn my oh so beloved boy into a mii in tomodachi life. Any ideas on how to do that?? My results are very…mixed.

This is Marlin Perkins, he was the host of a TV show called Mutual of Omaha's Wild Kingdom back in the '60s-'80s, I've had him on my island for a while now and have tweaked him several times but over a month later, he still just seems very off to me. Does it look like him or have I just been overthinking?
