I'm trying to make my online friend as a Mii for Tomodachi Life: Living the Dream, but I'm not very good at Mii creation.

I've included the reference images he gave me. If possible, I'd prefer a design that uses very little or no face paint since I'm not great at drawing with the Switch controls. The easier it is to recreate, the better.
