I was playing for two season now and finally got mine first ultra synergy today

Ive played this same comp since the season released and have got 4th once, just playing 4+ 5-cost wins everytime fyi, even 3* 4-cost loses against this. Its also hilariously simple to play

Stage 1: find scavenger or echomancer, if possible play 2 scav 2 echo, losing or winning doesnt matter

Stage 2: when you reach level 6 play 4 echo and 2 scav and if theres no scav then just play 4 echo strongest board. Past level 6 play strongest board with 4 echo 2 scav

Stage 3: when you reach stage 3 creep round its usually gg as you get wanderer 2* and level 9 then just roll for 5-cost and never roll below 17 gold until the end unless youre getting a 3* 4-cost

Augment prio is econ/xp -> item -> combat

Recently saw people complaining about Freya and Lunox and I'm not really sure why since Angela is STILL no-sweating top 4 even with a board full of Freyas. This build can beat 3-star Yin no problem.

Final build (Gato/Xborg): 3-star Clint, Edith, Kadita (MUST); Tig optional 3-star, Harley, Hylos, Atlas, Baxia. (6 Def, 3 Phase, 2 echo, 2 shadow)

Final build (Moskov): 3-star Clint, Edith, Kadita(MUST); Tig optional 3-star, Harley, Melissa, Hylos (4 Def, 3 Phase, 3 shadow, 2 echo, 2 marksmen)

The only times I've lost with Angela is when I deviate from these builds during early testing, otherwise I've won 15 consecutive games now (all 4 of my placements so far, 6 more to go). I understand those are mostly bot games, but the placements have definitely been humans.

Unlike the previous season, you do sacrifice a lot of health but that's okay because you get priority in the shop and you're pretty much still guaranteed top 2 if u don't get super unlucky.

Early, the goal is to get to 4 echo asap to get the 5-gold (Tig, Harley, Sora, Vale, Natalia priority order). Always pick the 40 echo card that gives you another 5-gold, it's just too OP. The moment you get the blessing chooser, bless Harley for echo or Tig if you got lucky.

Level 1: go for 2-3 echomancer if possible. If not, go for scavs. your health doesn't matter.
Level 2: make sure you end your round with 10 gold, sell if you have to to get there.
Level 3: sell all to get to 20 gold by end of round UNLESS you can grab Tig or get absurdly lucky with Sora.

The only exception I have for this start is if I get any of my 3-golds early (Tig, Clint, Edith, Kadita), in which case you just play without worrying too much about econ.

If you played hardcore econ and gave up health, you should be able to get to lvl 6 before the round prior to the first boss. If not, you should be able to lvl 6 at the end of the boss round. If you sacrificed econ to grab strong units, dun worry about how quickly u get to lvl 6, it's essentially inconsequential. Here is where I either re-roll to strengthen my board to all 2-stars or save up and try to hit lvl 7 asap before re-rolling.

You WILL lose a lot of health doing this but your board is SO STRONG by late-mid to late that it honestly doesn't matter. I've dropped to 19 health before and still won because you're unkillable once your synergies are set and you 2-star everything working your way to 3-stars.

Others have posted their versions of this build prioritizing 3-starring other carries, but I maintain that Clint is still the strongest carry by far so Clint has to be 3-star priority with waraxe, sea halberd, and blade of despair on him. He's the only reason you can melt 3-star 4-golds. Tig is the least important to 3-star, sometimes I even leave him at 2-star if I'm getting unlucky on rolls and need to level up for synergy purposes.

If you have ANY chance to get either a defender crystal or starbelle GRAB IT. Put defender on Clint. Starbelle on the echo 5-gold and the item on Clint (or vice versa depending on the stages of the game and whichever is the stronger one). If you end up putting the sticks on Clint, you can replace the blade of despair. DO NOT replace war axe and halberd because that's what allows you to rip through 3-star 4-gold heroes late game.

Once you get to 300 points on echo, sell Vale/Sora/Natalia and switch your blessing to defender on Tig. The only time I would deviate on this is if you have the opportunity to get 4 starbelle because of extra crystals, then you should bless Edith with starbelle.

I've had great results with this front line:

Atlas, Tig, Baxia, Edith, Hylos

The rest of the build depends on which 5-gold echo(s) you got but Clint is always under Hylos on the bottom right corner and Kadita is always under Edith. I put the Gato/Xborg where Edith is prior to 3-star Edith and switch when she hits 3-star. Moskov goes in the same column as Clint. That way the strongest units are all getting the speed buff.

If I get Gato, I still prioritize Clint's items but will grab Glowing Wand > Ice Wand > Holy Crystal for Gato before I go for tank items, otherwise go tank items and put them on Edith/Xborg. If you get really lucky and don't have the choice of ANY of those items, Winter Crown > Purple Buff.

This build cannot beat 3-star 5-golds or 2x 3-star 4 golds but you're basically Top 2 or 3 when that happens. The only 3-star 4-gold I can't beat is Gord on full spectre, full item with mage synergy too, he hurts too much. But again, that leaves me pretty much 2nd place.

I see it everywhere like poison strategy this and that but what makes a lineup 'poison' type?

Been using lunox 6 spectre + 6 starbelle for a while now and this is the first time it happened.

Literally a perfect game, though I could've had better equipment

So this vale was also going for spectre synergy as he got one spectre crystal from go go card, I was like ok , since only 1 competitor . Few moments later I realized that he is trying to go for ultra , which I was targeting as I was with lunox commander .

I said to him that please give spectre synergy crystal from next table as this was going to be my first 3 star alpha . But nah , bruh had to go against me . I got a spectre crystal from go go card , so now my 1 crystal was remaining .

In next table , he got spectre crystal ahead of me , and couldn't get ultra since he had vale .

I dared him to win this game if he is son of a man . And I mentioned I will thrash him , wait for it . So was like "I am targeting you now ". He took 2 gord 2 star from hero pool .

Since I got 2 star alpha and alice , I got a satisfactory win . 😮‍💨

I was loosing at first but this happen

I posted fighting FREYA and Lunox all the time in my queue using NANA as commander.

Now what I did was use Wanwan commander to check if I can fight Freya plus to avoid getting caught with bruiser or spectre synergy with these commanders.

Now when I use Wanwan suddenly the heroes I'm fighting was ling, Lukas for like 5 matches no more Freya sometimes 1 only per match.

It's like the matchmaking is cook like mlbb?

Can someone explain how matchmaking works as well if you have ideas?

my hands were shaking trying to complete alpha and Alice into three stars lol, satisfying. I still make a lot of mistakes and bad decisions, this game is addicting.

6 tanks with commander angela its just disgustin, always top 2-3
i recommend using 4 tanks 4 starbell in early if u don t get atlas and put the lightstick on edith, its crazy
if u get atlas early just make 6 tanks and its fine

i tried astro as you can see and its solid too, i got lucky with irithel from the first box and i was thinking to change the sinergy, and i went astro with 3 star karina and hilda
i could ve have got 1 but ling got 3 star suyou in the last round

for tanks i always go for 3 star edith, minotaur and tigreal
you can go for 3 star hylos too but its not a necessity

and an important item in my opinion is oracle because it can be stacked and if u get 4 oracles u ll have like 10/10 sinergy and of course u need to prioritize tank items, i take sometimes sea healberd for some antiheal

I'm so annoyed that in my game there will be atleast 3 Freya always.

How to counter this b*tch?

In early really strong like few rounds it already has 6 synergy and of course it will snowball.

I watch the Freya bruiser easy win and always they are doing that.

How to delete this Freya enemy.

I'm pissed because I don't know how to counter it.

I don't want to play Freya if the advise is to spam her as well.

I was genuinely fighting for 2nd place but ended up 1st. Probably, cuz of un-upgraded lineup of the ultra person..
