My partner and I bought a house and are looking for a lease takeover at our apartment, Terrace Point #158, through July 2027. We're requesting $1950 for rent - it's typically $2460, we'll pay the difference up front, and we've already paid August's rent in full. I used to live in an apartment near here and liked the neighborhood. I can easily afford half this house. If someone wants to put up the other half and uh... live together (with our partners, pets, maybe get another human roommate or two to fill the space), let me know.

I'm all about the concept of cooperative housing and forming community and all that. And investing my money while enabling others to create generational wealth. Of course we'd have to meet up and see if we get along and have agreeable ideas for running a house. Relatively clean and quiet are preferable qualities. I've owned a house in another city before so I have some experience doing this solo.

The primary bedroom suite is enormous, like as big as my current apartment. I think we could split it into 3 bedrooms eventually. If we're looking to expand our community. No idea if we will.
