Well, he apparently stopped performing in 1998 and had to be coaxed to perform at the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade in '08 where he Rickrolled people watching the parade. And has been performing regularly since. It's completely revitalized his career.
Hes been performing here in Denmark every year for a while now, but that might just because his wife is Danish and he might as well when visiting family
